The term podcast was born shortly after the company that Apple did the official launch of its successful digital audio player called the iPod, which was not only well received by the users of computers that Apple also occurs, but later was also welcomed by many PC users, having made public its compactness diferenctes with other operating systems to Mac OS, the operating system of the company led by Apple founder Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs returned to conquer the masses with his revolutionary idea as it is mentioned in the official product announcement, Apple was doing exactly what Sony did with the Walkman, but adapted to the digital age and then bundled with a series of products that arise on the ipod like the Itunes media player that works perfectly in the beginning with the ipod and was subsequently implemented its compactness with other operating systems. On Itunes it was possible to create the first virtual platform of history on which to buy and play music, or enjoy numerous podcast programs some free and some fee, but many very informative. This latter phenomenon, the podcast has become a new information channel even in education because they are valuable to the podcasts you can learn languages or to be aware of the advances in technology without which the effort to subscribe a time and let the system synchronize your data. Podcasts from the hand of the ipod and itunes changed the format, live from radio to mp3 to make it portable and accessible.
