FEDIS International launches its international exhibition dedicated to the dematerialization Changing the subject to new standards

eDocExpo - from 10 to 12 March 2010 - Autoworld Brussels

Paris, June 30, 2009 - The first edition of eDocExpo be held in Brussels, the center of gravity of European institutions, from 10 to 12 March 2010, in the lobby of Autoworld, a museum located in the heart of the Parc du Cinquantenaire. During these three days of conferences, exhibitions and trade, international experts and users will combine common reflection and sharing of experiences to bring the dematerialization and its corollaries trades to new standards. 60 exhibitors and 4 000 visitors are expected during this unique event in Europe to meet this challenge together.

Identity form

Of more than 1,700 sqm of exhibition, 60 stalls and 4000 visitors expected, the show is eDocExpo meeting of all stakeholders of dematerialization: the professional field, technical and legal experts, but also industrial users and project leaders.

Its mission

Expert conferences, workshops, exhibitors, creating working groups, eDocExpo puts into perspective the progress of various countries and promotes the exchange of information to build a dynamic international community. Thinking together a comprehensive implementation of new rules and will harmonize the practices of dematerialization and electronic archiving.

Themes

The main themes discussed at various conferences and debates organized during the fair are:
• The ICE (Electronic Identity Card) and ECC (European Citizen Card)
• The evolution of the various trust services such as electronic signature, timestamping, third party archivers, the managing authority of evidence, the dematerialization of invoices, pay slips or tenders
• Identification / authentication and service continuity
• Impact of dematerialization environmental
• Comparison of methodologies, implementation of policy, legislative developments in different countries
• Principle of standardization and certification applied to electronic signatures, time stamping and Electronic Archiving System (EAS)

An event FEDIS International

FEDIS (Federation of ILM, Storage and Archiving) was born in France in 2005, led by Jean-Marc Rietsch, Civil Mining Engineer, expert on business confidence.
